Postage costs

We use DPD and PostNL to ship orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping days
Orders are shipped at least on Thursdays and Saturdays (excluding Sundays and public holidays). If it is possible for us to schedule an extra shipping day in addition to our regular work outside It's all in a Nutshell Creations, we will ship your order earlier. You will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Parcel Post Netherlands
You can choose shipping with DPD or DHL. We charge the following shipping costs in the Netherlands.

  • DPD Home €6.40

Parcel Post Belgium
You can choose shipping with PostNL or DPD. We charge the following shipping costs in the Netherlands.

  • DPD  €9.15
  • PostNL €9.70

Digital products
No shipping costs will be charged for orders with single patterns.

No shipping costs Netherlands
For orders of at least 95.00 euros, with a delivery address in the Netherlands, we will cover the shipping costs. 

No shipping costs Belgium
For orders of at least 110.00 euros, with a delivery address in Belgium, we will cover the shipping costs. 

Delivery
If you are not at home when the order is delivered, the order will be delivered to a PostNL Service Point or to the neighbors. You will receive a message of this.

Collection or delivery in Eindhoven
You can collect your order free of charge (by appointment) at our address in Eindhoven. If you live within 5 km of our address in Eindhoven, we will deliver your order free of charge.

Shipping within Europe
Orders outside the Netherlands will be delivered with DPD or PostNL. We make no money on shipping costs. The costs are per country:

Additional costs outside the European Union
If you live outside the European Union, you will have to pay import duties on your order. Whether and how much usually depends on the value of the order. We cannot be held responsible for any charges you may encounter due to import duties or other charges by your local customs office.
