Merino Wool (Double Knit) - Yellow Onions

Hand dyed merino wool dyed with natural dye (yellow onion peels). This yarn is wonderfully soft and perfect for knitting or crocheting.

Composition: 100% superwash merino wool
Length: 100g / 225m
Needle: 3.5mm - 4.5mm

For socks use needle 3.0mm - 3.25mm, for sweaters use needle 3.25mm - 4.0mm, and for shawls use needle 4.5mm - 5mm (this gives a softer look).

These strands are golden yellow in color.

The undyed merino yarn comes from South America, where mulesing is rarely done.
